Service Charges

What service charges should I expect to see on board?

A 20% auto-service charge will be applied for some onboard services and experiences. These include, but are not limited to, beverage purchases (alcohol and non-alcoholic as well as ALL beverage packages), specialty dining packages, alcohol tastings, and spa and salon services.

Service fees to Norwegian staff members including restaurant staff, stateroom stewards, and behind-the-scenes support staff are included in the price of your Keeping the Blues Alive at Sea Mediterranean reservation and will not be added to any onboard fees.  While you are welcome to extend additional gratuities at your discretion, these minimum service charges are included in the price of your reservation and will automatically be paid on your behalf.  Should you feel your service warrants an additional tip, you may do so onboard.
